This look from Temperley London reminds me of everything good about Victorian ghost stories: it's dramatic, there's a whole lotta hidden sensuality, and the set piece is gorgeous. The trick here is to do a traditional winged, smudgy eye, but start the liner on your upper lid at the inner edge of your iris instead of the inner edge of your eye. It opens your eyes up the way white eye shadow would, but retains all the sultriness of a big smoky eye.
