Sorry, not a big fan of the color on the tips of the nails thing. It looks untidy to me.

She looks flawless, other than that.

I thought it was great - it was playful and age-appropriate for her. And I think I would wear it for an event that called for a bit of sass to an outfit, though it's definitely not a daytime look (even though I could pull it off in my very casual advertising agency office).

I'm usually not a big fan of this look, but it's very hip and young, quite appropriate for a teenage pop queen.

I did something like that over the summer with hot pink tips with silver glitter. It got attention, that's for sure!

I used to do that in high school, but with silver.

doesn't look too bad. if the tips were longer, it would look HORRIFIC. i don't get why this girl always looks 30 going on 50. considering her age, it's frightening. she doesn't have that fresh-faced look.

I hate this. I've seen this on others and from a distance it looks like they've chipped off their polish.

Personally I find it tacky and borderline trashy. It looks like she has dirt under her nails. I've never been a fan of colored tips, or tips with glitter. I say if you want to be creative, do it on your toes. I thought the whole black nail polish was finally over? It would have looked better solid black than just the tips.

Granted, she is 18, so most people will give her a pass on it. The last time I did anything wild with my nails was when I was 15, now I look back at pictures and wonder what I was thinking!

What's wrong with a french manicure? It always looks neat and classy, and it never clashes. Provided it's done properly, not too long or thick, or has those weird indented ends.

I forgot to add that her eye makeup is beautiful, whoever did that did an amazing job.

I love her nails. If she were a decade or so older I would say they're ghetto or trashy but hey, she's still a teenager. When I was her age I thought a regular french manicure was for either a conservative event or for older women lol. She wore a great dress and looked fantastic so a little funk in her look kept her looking age appropriate, at least IMHO.
