At yesterday's Gareth Pugh fashion show, models were covered in white powder, and their eyebrows, lips, eyeliner and lashes were painted electric blue. Their cheeks and eyes were dusted with aqua powder and their hair was twisted into a modified modern cornrow. This is by far one of the more courageous — or should I say outrageous — runway makeup looks of the season. What do you think of it?

1i like it... obviously not for real life, but fashion shows are all about creating a look and a feel and i think this makes a statement.

19More Halloween than couture. If it were just the blue brows, lashes and lips I'd be happy. The zombie-toned face is just awful though.

32I love how vibrant and unique the color is: even though it's cobalt blue (which we've seen before), the hue looks different on a stark white canvas. As others have said, this look is obviously not meant to be replicated literally but I can see it inspiring someone to experiment with a cobalt-lined cat eye.
