Get excited! This April, Nars is launching Exotica, its Summer 2008 color collection. The safari-chic line includes eight earth-toned items. Yesterday afternoon, I was lucky enough to get an exclusive first peek at everything, and by far my favorite product is a single sparkling gold-and-chocolate powder eye shadow called Galapagos ($21).

- Portobello Duo Powder Eye Shadow ($31) includes two soft and matte shades of mushroom.
- Unconditional Love Duo Cream Eye Shadow ($31) includes a creamy mint and a creamy golden peachy-beige shadow.
- Galapagos Single Eye Shadow ($21) is a deep-brown powder shadow with gold flecks.
- Misbehave Lip Gloss ($23) is a sheer-shimmery mauve.
- Super Vixen Lip Gloss ($23) is a sheer candy-red gloss with a little bit of shimmer.
- Mind Game Lipstick ($23) is a moist and sheer brandy-colored lipstick.
- Dolce Vita Velvet Matte Lip Pencil ($23) is the latest product in the ever-popular Dolce Vita family. This sheer, dusty-rose pencil is so smooth; it can be blended easily with your fingertip.
- Roman Holiday Velvet Matte Lip Pencil ($23) is a delicate Barbie, bubblegum pink.

1LOVE this... I always appreciate NARS for their different 'take' on seasonal collections... a lot of girls will say these aren't summer colours, but they are in my eyes
it's refreshing to see a red gloss come out in the summer months

19nars is my favorite, love dolce vita in the matte and the cream duo and galapagos is beautiful. nars is about 80% of my collection and never disappoints. they are also my kind of summers colors as mentioned by xdollpartsx
