Miley Cyrus appeared at the Oscars looking very simple and sophisticated — a welcome change from how we've seen her lately. Her fresh and shimmery makeup was the perfect balance to her striking red gown.
Dior makeup artist Pati Dubroff was inspired by "Miley's radiant youth" and wanted to create a look that was "all about glowing, gorgeous skin with flushed cheeks and a popsicle-stained mouth."

- Face: At 15, Miley didn't need much more than a little concealer and some Benefit BeneTint cheek stain for that natural flush.
- Eyes: Pati wanted the glamour of the look to be in Miley's eyes, so she loaded her lashes with multiple coats of Dior Diorshow Mascara in Black, and finished off with a coat of Blue to complement Miley's eyes. For shadow, just a sweep of Dior 1-Couleur Powder Eyeshadow in Icy White.
- Lips: For that popsicle-stained look, Pati used Dior Addict High Shine Lipstick in Flamenco Red.
- Finishing Touch: To top off the look, Pati dusted Miley's face with Make Up Forever Glitter for that "Disney princess come to life" feel.

10I'm quite surprised to say this, but she got my vote for best dressed last night. I think she was perfectly age appropriate and still elegant. For once, she didn't look like a heavily made-up mermaid, and it was refreshing.
I loved the make up, and I plan on recreating it sometime. It's fresh and classic.
11I think the reason for the pout is her teeth. she is a normal 15 yr old girl but she does have a overbite she probley needs braces and the weird smile would go away.I agree she looked lovely and classic.
12the only reason why she looks good is because for once someone else, a proffesional did her makeup. whenever miley puts on her own makeup she looks horrible. She doesn't have any idea how to put makeup. For the 1st time she doesn't look like a slut!

16I think she looks funny all of a sudden, totally different than she did just recently. And not in a good way. I've seen some really bad pictures in the past few days, like her stylist is trying to capitalize on the "jail bait lolita" aspect and smut up her image. I don't like it. And I don't like her look here, even though I really tried.
