Usually I don't get too excited about celebrity-endorsed makeup lines, but a forthcoming collection from Kat Von D seems promising. The tattoo artist, best known for her stint on Miami Ink, is releasing a line of cosmetics with Sephora. Due out this Spring, it includes two eye shadow palettes (one named after her hairless cat!), six eyeliners, an eye brush set, and four lipsticks (three red shades, one pink).
The colors are surprisingly versatile, so while tattooed rocker girls will have plenty to choose from, you don't necessarily have to be a bad girl to get into the line. Kat designed the rose-themed packaging herself, and she reveals more about the line in this video interview. Do you have the inkling to look at this collection? (And is that inkling/ink pun too much of a stretch?)

1I've never heard of her but I like the look of some of this stuff - the goldish-green palette looks really nice, and the lipsticks could be fun too.

Not sure how I feel about her or her make up. It seems that her makeup style never changes and she always looks the same - dark and heavy smoky eye, nude/bronzy blush, and nude lips. It rarely changes... I don't see this line doing that well.
19I always like the way she does her makeup. It's heavy, but she rocks it. I'd be curious to try the eye stuff, but I'll skip over the lipsticks.

I know she has come out saying she didnt give Ami that picture but Chris Garver was interviewed as saying he was personally handed it by Kat. And he has no reason to lie.

27Kat is so very talented...not to mention beautiful! If you have ever seen LA Ink you would know what i mean. The girl is a genius with a tattoo gun!! If only i had gotten all my tattoo's done by her!! She rocks, i will totally check out her makeup line!
