Does FabSugar know how to call it or what? Two weeks ago we spotted a runway style for Spring we called Loose Waves & Center Parts that we knew was going to be red carpet hot! Since so many stars were already sporting this beautiful and breezy style we figured this is one hairdo that is here to stay.

Just look at all of the ladies who opted for loose waves and center parts at the 2007 Golden Globe Awards. There was Evangeline Lilly, Jennifer Hudson, Sheryl Crow, Jennifer Garner, Cate Blanchett, Kate Winslet, Salma Hayek, Sarah Paulson and Gillian Anderson.

My hair never wants to do this. Maybe when it is longer it will. I have a total aversion to center parts. they just do not work on me
1It's not just you, even some of these celebrities have a hard time pulling off the look. It's not very flattering for most.
2Center parts not Fab on me either. They draw a lot of attention to your nose.
3and the make your forhead look bigger too, well atleast in my case it does!
4I'm glad I am not the only anti-center-parter...my hair also hates curls. So sad
5Preppy to the max!
Is there some dark brow trend I missed the memo on?
6I think Kate's hair looks beautiful! Evangeline's could have been gorgeous if it had those finishing touches to it...
7Jennifer looks beautiful here.
8I always part my hair down the center, just b/c that's where it's always been and I'm just lazy! My hair CANNOT hold a curl though... especially since moving to the south, it's too humid
9I love that look, My hair pairs down the middle naturally, so this look isn't that new to me anyway. I like them all Kate, Gillian Selma, Jennifer H..etc
10No center part here. I personally don't like it on most anyone.
11I love this look it never looks nice on me with a centre parting so I always do a side part
