How old is this child? Don't kids get to be kids anymore? I know she's the daughter of a celebrity, but enough is enough. Kids are growing up too fast these days.

Her hair really looks rough - straggly and fried.
And while she's a pretty girl, I do think she needs to relax for a little bit and let her look calm down. She's trying to do way too much with it for only being 15 or so.

It's not so much the color that bothers me, it's the condition of her hair! It looks like a mess. So damaged.

I don't like the color, but I like how she plays around with her hair. I remember being in my teens and coloring my hair with Sun In. My hair was probably dry like this too but I remember thinking I looked good.

I like the color on her... Just needs a little (or a lot) of conditioner!

i like the color... i think it suits for a 15 yr old. Often teenagers like to express their individuality. So I like this for her. The only thing that bothers me is that she needs a trim and some deep conditioning and her hair should be healthy.

I'm not a fan of Miley/Hannah/all the hype, but I agree with the peeps above - more than anything, she needs to take care of her hair. Subjecting it to all these colorings and stylings at such a young age can't be good for it...

I am more worried about the condition rather than the color. It is completely fried out and the ends are all dead. If her hair was in in this condition when she colored it...it wasn't a very smart decision. Oh and the paparazzi actually follow her?

Her hair looks best the way it is on her show, but then again she is 15 and probably isn't content to settle with one hair style/color at that age.

I don't mean to be mean but it's definitely not flattering at all. Bad hair colour ruins everything...it doesn't suit her and it makes her hair look frizzy.
