Does your eyeliner ever irritate you, or are you someone who suffers from bloodshot eyes? Take a tip from Maybelline makeup pro Troy Surratt. He suggests dipping your eyeliner brush into Visine (instead of water or a transformative shadow solvent) before applying powder eyeliner to your eyes. The Visine will gently migrate in to help take out the sting and lessen the redness.

According to Mally Roncal, Visine is a great way to zap the red out of zits. Simply douse a Q-Tip with it and place in the freezer until frozen. Then, apply the swab to the pimple until it is completely defrosted. The cold temperature will help to reduce the swelling, and the redness should diminish significantly. mmm visine! it cures all!
1So do we like Visine over Clear Eyes, because I have been loyal to Clear Eyes ever since the Ben Stein commercials (love him), but the new bottle I bought, supposed "Triple Action Relief," seems to not work as well. I'm thinking of switching over.
2I gotta try the Visine acne trick. I use it every morning on my eyes and I love it!
3My eye doctor told me to stop using Visine (and the like) because when used regularly it will actually cause your eyes to become red.
4That is so awesome. Great tip.
5Visine can also dry your eyes out causes some pretty bad discomfort. My doctor also recommends never to use it. Instead, try Refresh Plus capsules. They calm and ease eye pain or redness, without excessively drying them out.
6I've heard of using visine with your shadow pigments to make the colors intense and more vibrant. Mixing medium does the same thing, but visine is so much cheaper.
7I'll have to try these tips! Thanks for sharing them!
8My eyes used to get red every morning when i went to school if that ever happens again i'll try this
9If your makeup gives you red eyes why would you wear it?
10Good tip!
11Rohto V is better.
12i would say that if you're gonna try this one, its more sanitary to drop the visine onto the eyeliner brush versus dipping it and contaminating the whole bottle
13nice one
14No mascara or liner
Will make them look finer
When late hours have left my eyes red.
That's not a flattering hue
When they're supposed to be blue,
Yet are rather crimson instead.
Then a few drops of Visine
Makes them clear, bright, and clean
As if I'd slept eight straight in bed.
