Here are a few fun loose powder eye shadows for Spring. Theses shadows are high in pigment so a little bit goes a long, long way. They come in playful, bright colors to add some pizazz to your usual eye routine. Have fun with these new products, I can't wait to hear your reviews!
Hydro-Powder Eye Shadow by Shiseido, $23, are nine new intense and dewy shadows. They are actually a cream that transforms into a powder to create a shiny, shimmery shade. They are super long wearing and because of the technology that turns them into powder, they won't crease!

L’Oreal HIP Shocking Shadow Pigments, $7, are brand new. They are not sold online just yet, but you can buy any of the six colors at drugstores and mass-markets wherever L'Oreal is sold. It comes with a professional brush as well as a built in sifter to release just the right amount of color. You can wear these colors alone or layer them to create a shade of your own.

I have two of the L'oreal (including Rebel, the one pictured) and I love them! They're so much fun!
1i dont like cream eyeshadows! but powdered eyeshadow makes the most dramatic looks more than and pressed ones i have (well except for MAC)
2I've used the l'oreal in intrepid (brownish green)and I think that it is phenomenal. In my local mall the kiosks in the middle have one that is a make-up line called Natura (or something) that also has loose power and I now swear by them. Loose power gives a color intensity that the pressed powders can't match. They are the only thing I wear now. I'm really hoping that Lóreal will expand into other intense colors. I'm really *not* into the pastels as eye shadows. The Lóreal is a phenomenal combination of a great product at an affordable price, becuase not everyone wants or can spend 23-40 dollars on eye shadow.
3I've been OBSESSED with loose powder shadows lately!! Oddly, I haven't tried the Lancome yet.
But, I love Benefit Show Offs and MAC Pigments and really like the Loreal Hip in Intrepid.
You can buy the HIP pigments online at Walgreens.com.
4i'm loving bright eye shadows right now.
5I also have the HIP in Intrepid, and reviewed it in atoxicsparkle's group, Beauty Product Junkies. I think Jen76 reviewed it as well.
6I always drop these loose mixtures on the floor!
