Kelly Osbourne took a swim across the pond for the USA NME Awards last night in Los Angeles. Kelly has always walked on the wild side when it comes to her hair and makeup, but, crikey, this matching red lip and devilish red-winged eyeliner look is something I've never even seen before. What do you think about it?

6About 10 years ago Christian Dior had an eyeliner palate with a dark navy and bright red liner, and I loved it! Paired it with my super-shiny red Dior lipgloss too.

11I use Urban Decay Gash liquid liner for winged liner all the time, but it's nowhere near as red! I have to know what liner she's wearing!

I appreciate how she's balanced the look by not slabbing a thick line o black liner on her lower lash line too. That, I think, would have put it over the top for me.

32Not loving it. But maybe it's because I saw the whole outfit first and thought the dress was super fug. So it made the whole look fug for me.
