In case you're wondering how the young trendsetters in Hollywood are wearing their hair, look no further. Long bangs with layers in the front styled in a partly straight, partly casual beachy wave are very SoCal right now. This proved to be the most popular style at the LG Launch of the Scarlet HD TV Series Party. Lindsay Lohan, Lo from The Hills and Emmy Rossum were among the many ladies who have cut a few face-framing fringes. What do you think of this laid-back look?

I like this look. I don't really like the flipped out bangs that Lindsay has though.
1Makes me want my long hair back!
Nah, I love my short cut!
2It's Sassy & Cute!
Yay, this means my grown out fringe must be super cool!
3I think layers like this make the hair look really thin and stringy on the bottom layer since there is very little hair there.
As a hairstylist this is literally the easiest cut to do. It takes 5 minutes.
4Lindsay continues to look awful. Her hair is both stringy and over-styled at the same time.
Emmy's hair is too long, I don't like it.
Lo looks nice, though.
5Lo pulls the look off best. I agree that Emmy's hair is definitely too long.
6Does Lo look a little like Jen Aniston, or is it just me?
7It's all a bit too polished for me.
And my cheeks hurt each time I see a picture of Emmy Rossum smiling.

I agree about Emmy, Advah.
9Emmy Rossum is SOOO beautiful!
10I'm not a layers fan at all, too much of a pain to grow out.
11Lo looks gorgeous.
12it's pretty! could u post how to achieve that look?!?!
13Lo looks much more attractive than usual.
14Lindsey Lohan looks like a relatively normal human being. I am amazed.
I do like this look, mainly because I'm of the long-locked portion of the population. (I don't have layers though - rockin' the hippie hair
)
15Sweetness. I've always loved this look on people - that whole tousled, wavy thing. Luckily, I can achieve this with a curling iron and a whole lotta leave-in conditioner.
