Katie Holmes went a little more dramatic than we're used to seeing her. Her Anna Wintour-esque bob is old news now, so it's really the makeup we have to discuss. First, her skin is sun-kissed to perfection. Second, her lips are a glossy delight in a shade that complements the dress. But I want to talk about what's going on around the eyes. She went very sultry with a dark, smoky liner that expands with eye shadow that has an almost ombre effect on both the upper and lower lid onto her cheekbone. What do you think of Mrs. Cruise's look?
