Hilary Duff has been growing on me lately; she comes off as cute and fun-loving. This look, however, has too much going on. Streaky highlighted hair, frosty eye shadow, too much bronzer — it's as though David Bowie's Labyrinth character was listening to early Britney while working on Hil's hair and makeup... and then sent her back in time for a prom in 1983. Hilary's a beautiful girl when she looks simple; I think this misstep proves that less is more.
