I'm doing pretty good it seems, but I found it hard to answer some of the questions...like there weren't enough options to choose from in some cases.
1I'm Looking Good.
The one thing I'm lacking is the regular usage of sunscreen.
2Hmm. On the right path. Tiabia-I'm lacking the sunscreen as well..plus a few other things..
3Looking Good. I'm using Retin-A so that is saving my skin and because I do that, I have to use sunscreen. But eating healthy and keeping the stress down is something I need to improve on...
4Almost perfect, w00t! I wish there had been more choices for some of the questions, though.
5I have my handy Prep & Prime SPF 50 for daily usage
plus a lovely big bottle of SPF 50 for all exposed skin. Unfortunately, being at university, stress and lack of sleep are rather unavoidable...
6almost perfect
but i'm not using retin a because my skin tends to be sensitive. also
not getting much sleep and stressed..i have a 10 month old and an almost 3 year old and i working on a phd... i guess i could do more yoga and work on meditating, which was one of my new
year's resolutions! there just does not seem to be enough time in the day!
7Almost perfect; I could eat healthier (I broke routine recently and pigged out on cookies, etc..) and I have anixety issues so I need to de-stress. However I do wear sunblock everyday, I take vitamins, get 8+ hrs sleep, wear sunglasses (to try & prevent some crows feet later on.) So I do have some positives.
8Almost perfect
I KNOW I need to wear sunblock more often than I do and stop eating like crap
9Almost perferct..even if i do not think so..
10I'm 27 but everyone ask me if I am 22..
I try my best that's for sure. Even as an African American I wear lotion with at least spf 15, but my new facial mosturizer is an SPF 28, so I'm trying. Also is beta hydroxy something we should be using becasue I've not been hearing that buzz word a lot lately.
11"Almost perfect"! Yay!
I have never drank or smoked, and I don't plan to.
I wear sunscreen everyday too.
I think I could do a little better on diet (I've cut out lots of unhealthy snacks and soda though!), sleep and stress.
I also don't have any retinol creams though...
I am 20, so you think it I will be looking good?
