Who said that glitter and sparkles are just for the Winter holidays? Victoria's Secret has created a special limited-edition makeup collection called Very Sexy Diamonds for Summer 2008. The product range includes three eyeshadow duos ($14 each), three lip glimmers ($12 each), and an illuminating, jewel-embossed face powder ($22). All of the products are formulated with crushed diamond particles that create a gorgeous light-reflecting intense shimmer to your eyes, lips and face.

I'm totally bonkers for the glosses. They are available in champagne, pink, and fiery (coral) and come in a clear tube that houses three graduated shades. The darkest color is on the bottom and the lightest shade is on the top so when you pull out the wand, you get dense color with a little bit of glitter and a lot of shine.
Victoria's Secret is sure to score a home run with this diamond makeup collection. I like mine so much that I've already purchased a set for my best friend's birthday.

I love the lipgloss!!!
1I want the lip gloss! I love the color shown. I also like the face powder to the left. It's pretty too.
2These products look amazing. I love the design.
3is the powder kind of like blush?? because i need some....
4The powder is like a super shimmer dust bronzer/blush-ish combo. It sold out at our local store because it was so popular.
Also, when they say diamond makeup, it is made with diamond dust!
5Never been a fan of their cosmetics...
6Is the lip gloss sticky? I like some VS stuff, but their lip glosses tend to be kind of tacky (in texture, not in class).
7Wow...I would really love to be able to get my hands on one of those face powders! The lip gloss looks intriguing as well...
8This actually looks like a fun collection...I like the gloss, but I'd have to make sure they're not too glittery.
9I love my VS lip gloss so I will have to make sure to buy this one too. Diamond particles, how can you beat that?
10never been a fan
11of their make up
products, but...
these... just stand
ouT!! can wait to
try them.....
I tried the jewel-embossed face powder and it looked weird on my deep skin tone. Maybe I didn't blend or something because it looked gross.
