Summertime always breeds safe, fun, sunless bronzing products and I've noticed that a few of the new bronzing-powder compacts contain more than one shade in them. The idea is to create a healthy-looking glow, and I suppose the gradation of colors is a way to achieve that look. Instead of having a flat tan all over your face, the variation of shades creates a more natural effect. Here are five new multicolor powder bronzers on the market for Summer 2008 for you to check out.

- Shiseido The Makeup Multi-Shade Enhancer ($35) contains five shades of shimmery bronzer. Blended together, it can be worn on your face and body and used separately it can double as eye shadows or a highlighter. Also, it is available in two shades.
- Caribbean in a Compact in Sun Bunny ($25) is a dual-shaded bronzer made from silky, light-reflecting powders. Each of the colors can be worn individually or layered together.
- Lorac TANtalizer Baked Bronzer ($28) is a multishaded terracotta baked bronzer that can be used on your face or your body. This marbelized makeup also contains a brush and mirror on the lower level of the compact.
- Sephora Summer Safari Bronzer ($16) is a powder bronzer available in two animal prints depending on your skin tone. Giraffe is light and zebra is dark and coppery. Blend the shades together for a bright, glowy complexion.
- Smashbox Desert Chic Fusion Body Bronzing Powder and Brush Set ($55) contains four tan and bronze shades and comes with a mini-kabuki brush. This oversized bronzer can be worn on your face and body for a healthy, glowing tan.

I've never used a multi colored bronzer, mine is only one color, but I really like the Sheseido one. I like the colors in that one the best.
1of course this is a must have...
2i have one from Lancome, they
work pretty well...
That Lorac one looks amazing.
3I personally love Bobbi Brown shimmer brick...one of the only bronzers I've found that looks okay on my very fair skin.
4I love bronzers!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's one of my must have makeup products along with mascara and lipbalm but lipbalm is more of a skincare
product but whatever My fave bronzer is Too Faced Caribbean in a compact in sunny bunny it makes ur glow look natural and the compact is decorated so pretty a lot of people who see the
compact they think i spent $80 or $60 but it's so much cheaper than that. The bronzer is also part of my makeup list and it's one of my bookmarks
5Hmmm not sure on any of these I'm very fair skinned...
6The Smashbox desert chic is awesome! I just got some last week, and I love it. And it smells really good too. I don't know if it is scented intentionally, or what. But I have pretty light skin, and it's sensitive to almost anything that is scented, but this has been working great for me. Over the weekend while I was out at a bbq, I replaced my blush with this bronzer over my cheekbones, it made my cheeks look naturally sun-kissed. I will warn you that if you get too much on your brush, it doesn't spread easily. If you aren't careful it can look streaky.
7I don't really need bronzer being of an already tan skin tone but I have to say I'm really loving multi-colour palettes! I thought I'd never find the right colour for my skin until I discovered that you can create your own tone. I just picked up a Physicians Formula Multi-Coloured Pressed Powder Palette (that was a mouthful) and I'm in love. It blends so nicely and subtly. I love that it's affordable too!
8I really like the Shisiedo one. I just need to master the bronze look.
9I just bought the Too Faced bronzer in the darker color than you featured here, Beach Bunny. It has 4 colors of bronzer and I agree with babygal14 that the compact is super cute! It blends really well, it nice and shimmery and it is not too dark for my medium skin.
10I'd like to try the one by Sheseido. Very pretty.
11I've never used bronzer in my life but I'm thinking I might actually give it a try. Hmmmmm...
12I have the Too Faced Dual Shade Bronzer -- highly recommend!!
13I like MAC!! Its not to shimmery but gives a nice glow!
