I just got back from a wonderful weekend in Palm Springs, so I know how refreshing water can be on a hot day. When the temperature hits 100 degrees, your body begins to beg for a little agua. That's just about the time I grab a glass of water, or if I'm lucky, take a dip in the pool. Unfortunately because my vacation is over, I don't have a pool nearby. That's where Watersall's Purified Water Atomizer ($12.50) comes in handy. Or should come in handy.
The atomizer is literally an aerosol-spray can that projects water wherever it is sprayed. Not a new concept, but one that I have yet to wrap my head around. Literally the ingredient list for this can is water and nitrogen. That's all, folks. It just boggles my mind that someone can charge $12.50 for a tiny can of water. The other beef I have with this product is that the water smells old, kind of like moldy tap water. If I were you, I'd just buy a bottle of water, drink most of it, and dab the rest onto a paper towel and blot your face. But, if you're really clamoring for that spray relief, try something like Neutrogena's Sheer Body Mist, which will not only provide some coolness, but also SPF protection.

1Living in a tropical climate I am very familiar with the need for a liquid mist to cool one off on a hot day, but I'm with you $12 what a rip off. My advice go to your local beauty supply store and buy a spray mister. They have them in different volumes find a small one that has a fine mist then buy some distilled water and spray away. For about $5 you can spritz all summer and save the rest of your cash for a fruity frozen cocktail by the pool!
2Wow 12.50 is ridiculous. I will never understand how this stuff sells. I'm with AmandaG, go to target pick yourself up an empty spray bottle (usually in the trial/travel stuff section), fill with water and voila! A nice idea for a refresher is to put regular ol' tap water into a pot, add a few drops of lavendar oil and simmer the water for a few hours (gives the effect of distilled water plus nice refreshing scent of lavendar), allow the water to cool and pour into your misting bottle. The lavendar water is also great as a curly hair refresher.

4Uhm... no. I have myself a little spray bottle which will work just fine for these purposes, and it was like a dollar. This is just preposterous.

6Wow, what a waste! I like to pick up a spray bottle from my nearby drugstore and fill it with water for a little spritz while tanning.
7This reminds me of those Evian spray bottles...such a rip off, imo.
I miss those spray bottles with fan attachments from when I was little...those were excellent.

9I use a $1 spray bottle with tap water. I don't use air conditioning and my apartment is frequently 95 degrees in July/August, so I go through a LOT of water.
10I use a spray bottle that is exactly like a body spray bottle with tap water. There is a nice fine mist and it feels amazing on my skin on a hot day. I store it in the fridge.
