Alicia Keys showed off a new hairstyle at the New York premiere of We Are Together, a documentary about a children's choir from a South African orphanage. (Watch the trailer and just try not to get goosebumps.)

13Hate it. Generally, I don't like fake cosmetic body parts, including hair, eyelashes, acrylic nails, etc. The only exception I make is for Halloween. That's a costume event.
Besides, Alicia is naturally beautiful. Work with what she has. Why gild the lily? Unnecessary, in my opinion.
