Is Spinlash a clever gadget for making the most of your mascara? Or is the rotating mascara brush just a gimmick? I don't go for this sort of thing (is it really that hard to apply mascara by hand?) so I recruited Anna, one of our Sugar interns, to give it a whirl. 1Yeah, I always thought this was another gimmicky crap.
2I agree Bella..I don't think it's that hard to apply it the usual way. I'm glad I finally saw how it works though! I thought it spun faster than that.

11Silly product, it isn't difficult to apply mascara.
12She is cute, but it seemed like overly clumsy and aggressive application to me. With mascara I am a "pinky finger in the air and careful surgical-like precision" kind of girl.
I do think the product seems gimmicky and wasteful. Do we really need more things with batteries in them?
