Summertime is all about flaunting your sexy skin. What better way to enhance it with than a collection of sultry nude lip glosses? Kissable Couture has just released The Nudes Collection, three shiny new shades to bring the total number of glosses to 13.
Each of the glosses have a light, nontacky texture, a sweet (but not overbearingly so) scent and retail for $22. The colors are deeper than the original collection: they all have shimmer, and they are all members of the golden toffee-colored family.
- Innocence, the lightest of the bunch, is a champagne-creme brulee color. It goes on sheer and would look great alone or on top of any of your favorite lipstick.
- Honesty is a creamy, rich caramel shade that has a slight glimmer of shimmer.
- Exposed is a dark, metallic bronzey-brown that is charged with oodles of shimmer.

I had wanted one of these (in another shade) a while back when I saw it featured in an issue of lucky. I'd like to try Innocence.

2I guess I'm just old - what ever happened to using the names of colors? Is there really a color called HONESTLY? Honestly, it's just silly to me these names of makeup.
3I like their old names for all the guys they'd kissed. That was a cute idea. When they ran out they'd have to be a little more creative and just pick guys they liked or something like that.
4I like Innocence; the others are too brown for me.

8i understand that companies need to come up with creative names, but honestly (no pun intended), sometimes it's hard to figure out what a color is when it's this offbeat name like honestly.

12chiccarmel - Dollarwise yes, but I'm older and get so confused when I need my reading glasses to see the names then I can't remember what color goes with the "witty" name - you wait, you'll be in my shoes some day.
PS: I love it when makeup has my name in it, I'm a sucker I have to buy anything with AMBER on it's label. And I love these colors.
