Maybelline Great Lash is seen as the classic mascara. It allows you to think back to your marvelous adolescent years. Oh, how fun! This mascara is great for young girls who are just entering the fabulous world we know as cosmetics. Although I do not believe it's number one for the rest of us beauty junkies. There are many more mascaras out there to chose from, different style wands, bristles, etc. which work much, much better than Maybelline Great Lash. I do recommend this mascara for those who are on a budget. I've never encountered problems such as clumping with it. It may not lengthen or volumize as great as the next product but it's there still standing strong on the market.

Many people rave about Great Lash and it's cult status, but it does nothing for me. The brush is small and stubbly. It hardly lengths my lashes or thickens them. All that it does it clump them. Horribly. There are so many other mascaras out there that work hundreds of times better. This mascara just doesn't do it for me.

At least to me Maybelline Great Lash is seen as a classic mascara. But, the reason it is classic is probably because so many have progressed past its basic shape. It is a simple mascara wand that proves pretty ineffective. It takes more then one coat to get any sort of shape or length, but after one coat the mascara completely clumps. So many other products have wands and mascaras to help these two problems that this one just isn't worth it.
