Believe it or not, Jennifer Hudson didn't pull out her her signature pose at the BET Awards. Instead, she smiled pretty while showing off this angled bob. I like the cut, but it's probably going to look even better when it grows out an inch or two. Do you like this blunt bob on her, or do you prefer a softer look?

she looks so bad.. and that dress doesnt flatter her arms
Dora the Explorer style does not suit her.
she is looking pretty awful actually.
The whole thing is just bad.
It makes her look very heavy.
That dress looks to small she's literally spilling out of it. The hair does not suit her either, when you're heavier it's generally better to wear your hair a little longer to help balance out your face. Especially in her case since her head is relatively small the bob doesn't help to make her look proportionate.
Yep. Y'all right.
Boy, when they get it wrong with her they really go all out. She looks like she's been sick in bed for days and isn't feeling all that great now.
Too short for her face shape. It make her look so much bigger.
81. She needs a necklace.
2. The haircut is so not flattering.
3. Her makeup looks to plain jane for the occasion.
I...don't like it.
She's such a pretty girl but the soft curls she sported in SATC were much more becoming. The dress she's wearing doesn't do her any favors in my opinion - merciless!
Sorry folks, but that is a ugly wig. That is not her natural hair.
Her hair has always been a hit or miss. I would think she would have the cash to buy wigs from Tyra's wig maker.... yet she steps out in ugly wigs constantly.
What an awful, awful picture of her...
It is a bad picture. She's a beautiful girl... this time... wrong styling...
She looks horrible, but I think half of it's the picture, half her fault. She hasn't looked good for a while.
I don't mind the cut (though I'm not really into bobs), but I don't think it's a flattering cut for her.
she should consider wearing something with sleeves...gross.
She looks like a stuffed pepper! The dress is not flattering at all. She should not be wearing something that pushes the fat up and out. That only makes her arms look fatter. The bob has got to go. Longer hair suits her better.
It's too short for the roundness of her face, and terrible terrible fit of the dress, and color...
The hair is waaaay too short - it makes her face look rounder than it is, which isn't particularly flattering, and when paired with that dress and utterly unremarkable makeup... not so good, hm?
Forget the hair, her arms look awful!
omg. did she forget to look in the mirror before she left the house?
damn.
WILL SOMEONE PLEASE POOK MY EYES OUT.. she needs hair to cover those terrible arms!!! I like that dress color...nice
I think she's beautiful usually.. this is not a good look for her. I don't know who her stylist is but they need to be fired ASAP. I didn't even notice the hair because I was looking at the tragedy of the dress on her... she needs to accent her best features more and hide the bad ones.
The hair is cute, the dress is not good on her at all.
i agree with karisaamy, and actually don't mind the hair. that is a horribly unflattering picture of her though. sort of seems chosen to skew some results, honestly. over on popsugar they're showing a pic where she's actually smiling and posing...not looking like a deer in headlights, and she looks a lot cuter.
Her flabby, fat laden arms are the only thing that jumps out of the picture. Tricep extensions...bicep curls...skull crushers...weighted tricep dips...they are our friends.
The blunt bod is okay, it's just that your blinded from how nice is is by that ill fitting outfit she's wearing!
she used to have such nice hair! this cut looks awful on her
This whole look is... bad.
Very bad.
She doesn't have the bone structure in her face to pull that off.
I think the entire thing is just super unflattering on her.
She looks...a tad akward
The cut is cute but her all together a hot damn mess!! She and Beyonce need a new damn stylist...as you can tell it just makes me angry.
She's too big for that cut. It's not flattering at all.
not a good look! i must admit the hair looks blah...no volume; the dress may look good on someone else but definitely not on her as it accentuates some not so flattering areas
I wonder if she can actually breathe in that gown. And sleeves are a must with her. That hair cut makes her head look like a giant triangle! It's not flattering at all.
I don't think it's flattering on her.
it's awful..no!
She didn't read the Bella posts on "Flattering Haircuts/Bangs for your face Shape"...
I feel sorry for her
I'VE SEEN BETTER LOOKS ON HER. I'M GLAD SHE'S TRYING SOMETHING NEW THOUGH. HOPEFULLY SHE'LL THROW SOME WEAVE UP IN IT SOON!
she looks horrible in this picture.
Looks like she's been stuffed in some sack with a built-in bucket on top. Her clothes look painful to wear, which probably explains her I-just-threw-up expression. What was stylist tripping on when Miss Hudson was being dressed? BTW, what's with the cellulite ridden arms, this coming from a not-so-slim girl (moi). There are plenty of curvy lasses in Hollywood, some larger than Jennifer (Queen Latifah) but they don't flaunt dimpled skin deliberately, do they?
Yeah, I agree with an above poster who said that there was a stuffed pepper look going on here. I really don't want to be to critical, but everything about her look does not suit her. The hair looks cute if you look at her from the neck up. But when you take the body into perspective, it looks ridiculous. She needs bigger hair to balance out her body. She looks like she has hardly any hair on her head. And I don't understand why people feel like they have to squeeze into a smaller size of clothing to look good. It looks terrible on her and yes, she probably was feeling quite uncomfortable in that dress. There's a lot of spillage at the top and at the sides and that could be fixed by buying something w/sleeves or even just have it be bigger up top.
