Indiana Jones isn't going to like this: In northern Israel, a spa offers a unique massage that isn't for the squeamish. At Ada Barak's spa, you can have six massage therapists work on loosening tight, sore muscles. The only catch: they're snakes.
Barak's odd treatment incorporates king snakes, corn snakes, and milk snakes. Six non-venomous serpents slither slowly around your torso. Barak told Reuters that people find the experience soothing, but I can't even look at snakes at the zoo without feeling faint. To see a video of the treatment, read more.

As long as they are tame and won't bite me I am ok!
NEVER. I'm with you Bella - I'd get squeamish over that!
I have chills and the squirms just thinking about this...eck!
I'd do it. Maybe I'll even buy my own snakes.
No way, José.
Eeeeeeee I looked at the picture before reading the title, I'm an idiot! And I have the biggest snake phobia ever, I think I'm actually gonna be sick..
Ew. No thanks! That would creep me out.
WTF, they are crazy! Any thing for beauty stops at creatures. Leave the crazy beauty regimes to Demi and her leaches. LOL
Worst. Nightmare. It gives me chills just sitting here at my snake-free desk!
My whole body is going through one massive shudder right now.
NO NO NO
think i will pass on that one ...
I think I'd be more tense after the so-called massage was finished. I'll pass!
Ew! Gross and scary, I'll never do that.
I'd do it, though I can't see myself feeling too relaxed afterward.
I'm not afraid of snakes but I wouldn't be interested in this. It just seems too weird to me, i'd never be able to relax.
wow, this is new.
lol props to people who try that
but i don't think that would relax me at all
Surely those snakes are not licensed massage therapists? Somebody call the Israeli massage therapist association!
Whatever. Its gross, weird and scary. I think Ill pass.
Thanks anyway, but I prefer people. Snakes are one thing that I am horribly afraid of
I think snakes are beautiful and they don't freak me out. But I'm not sure how good of a massage they would give. I've held many snakes and they can give a good squeeze but to just have them move over you is not a massage. It would be no different than having someone slowly move a towel over you. Possibly relaxing but I wouldn't pay money for it.
This wouldn't be a nightmare for me, i've never been afraid of snakes. One time i even kissed one, it was a dare ok. I have to agree with tigr3bianca, i don't see how this would enhance a massage. It sounds more like some gimmick.
i just cant imagine, even if you WEREN'T afraid of snakes, that this could feel good...
Never ever!!!!! I will not. How wuold this even feel good, they can't rub into the knots.
ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww! i have the worst phobia of snakes... i even had to turn my head so i could scroll down and write this comment...anybody who can do that is my hero...and it doesnt seem like you would be getting a real full fledged massage..
Ewwww! So scary and gross and scary and gross!!!
NO WAY! I'd be worrying about being bitten. Is that even hygenic??
I'm a bit weird, I love snakes (If they don't want to eat me)!
is this for real?
i am going to stay faaaaaaaaaar away from it!
I would just like to let everyone know that a snake actually feels amazing on your skin. I, myself, have fallen asleep from having my snake with me because it can be so relaxing. I still remember watching fear factor long ago and wondering why these people were so afraid of the snake tubs. Trust me, this is a VERY relaxing massage, and I've only had two snake at a max on me. I would definitely love to try this if I ever get the chance. I would also like to say that they wouldn't constrict you because for one, you are much too big for them to eat, and they won't try to harm you if you pose no threat to them. Which also make it obvious as to why they wouldn't bite you. Snake strike to kill, and if they cannot kill you, they won't strike to cause unnecessary conflict. (Owner of many snakes)
