Remember when I told you back in January that one of my favorite design duos, Viktor & Rolf, were teaming up with Shu Uemura to create a line of false eyelashes? Well, the fruits of their labor are finally ready for the public, and the lashes are just as fresh and whimsical as you would expect. The three falsies were inspired by Viktor & Rolf's Spring 2008 collection, which itself was inspired by Marcel Marceau. It's no surprise, then, that they're fit for a clown, especially the rhombus with its gold-diamond pattern that looks like it belongs on a jester. I'm loving the playfulness of the set, even though they're not exactly wearable day-to-day (although stay tuned for pictures of Sugar girls wearing them!). If you're clamoring for the lashes, they'll soon be on Shu Uemura's website.

I love the first one. It reminds me of some of the images for the most recent Goldfrapp album.
1These false eye lashes are fabulous! I love the second pair. I have no idea where I would wear these or why I'd shell out $150 for a pair though

3These lashes are FIERCE!!! Viktor & Rofl + Shu Uemera=My HEAVEN! Okay, so I won't be wearing them to a girl's night out. I definitely would wear them when I go out with my boys though!!! LOVE IT!
4OMG!! They are absolutely gorgeous and I'm dying to get all three false eyelashes. They all look so creative.
5I like the ones in the middle best. Although where i'd wear something like this IDK. I'm certainly not shelling out that much cash for something i'd probably only wear once a year, if that. They are cool though.

These are cool..not for the faint-of-heart, but someone gutsy enough to do these well could really make for a kickass look.
