Jessica Simpson was one of the original three to launch the summertime braids look. Last year, she would often wear her hair half-up and half down with a loosely woven braid that ran along either side of her head. In 2000 at the Teen Choice Awards, we saw a more youthful Jess donning a daring triple braid on the red carpet — and over the weekend, Jessica was seen performing her first concert in over three years, but this time she has a pretty single plait on the left side of her hair only.
It's great to see that she hasn't lost her interest in this hairstyle, because it is such an easy, adorable and practical way to keep your hair out of your eyes. If you were to wear your hair in braids, do you think that you would most likely wear a braid on each side, a thin braid on one side only or three flirty thin braids?

I love braids and I remember Jess always rocking this look too...I'd probably go for the one on the right, or the one in the middle. Definitely something soft and loose.
The first look with the three braids is too severe for me.
1I'm trying to grow my bangs out so I've been working on perfecting this braided look. But I am failing miserably.
2The side braids are cute, but the others look way too effortful for my taste.
3I've always been about braiding my hair into a headband like Heidi Klum. I like the side braids a lot too though!
4The three braids is a hot mess, and the last picture looks too "done". I think the boho braid thing is pretty silly anyway, it never really looks casual even if it's "undone" it always gives the person wearing it a look of "trying way to hard".

13I love braids - I have long hair and get so bored of just putting it in a pony... braids are a cute and creative way to keep it out of my face. I like the two braids in the middle on Jessica the best.

15I like one or two braids but I can't imagine wearing three, maybe if I wore an updo in the back. I love the way the braids look.
