R-Bils isn't a teenager anymore, but her fresh-faced makeup is right at home at the Teen Choice Awards. I like how you can see her freckles here, and how she looks put-together but not overdone. Plus, those beachy waves are so easy to do (don't miss my tutorial). Do you love this look on Rachel, or does it not work for you?

Boooooooooooring.
1oh i was going to say the same thing!
2She is gorgeous. I know that some people may have become used to her appearance and her signature look but taking a step back, she truly is beautiful. I, too, do not cycle through various trends or experimentation in terms of beauty/makeup. She has found a simple and classic look.
I do not perceive her makeup as some sort of source of entertainment: it serves to accentuate her features and express her personal style. I would therefore not characterize her makeup as monotonous but minimalist and mainstay. Her face is so striking.
3i love her i just wish she wouldn't let her roots grow so far out
4Looks like she skipped a step.
5She doesn't look done.
I don't hate it, but I don't love it, either
6pretty!!
7I don't hate it, but...
8I think a nap would help her look less washed out and dull.
I like it but I think a little bit of a light coral lipstick would have made her face look fresher and her whole look seem more pulled together.
9She's gorgeous (although she's making a weird face :/ ) but for an awards ceremony you should probably have a little bit more color
10something just seems off. i dont know what it is about her hair and makeup but i just dont really like it at all.
11She doesn't seem like she is wearing much makeup, which bring out her face. I love the look..!
12She always looks perfect to me. She's too cute.
13I'm not crazy about it. She needs to touch up her roots and she looks almost like she's not wearing any makeup. I feel like I keep writing this but she needs a little color on her lips! lol
