With that lovely gold-beaded necklace emphasizing her neckline, it's no surprise that Scarlett went for a more subdued look on top. Her complexion is fresh, and it looks as though her makeup artist has applied a creamy highlighter to give her skin that wonderful dewiness. As usual, Scarlett's famous lips look full and gorgeous. But I'd like to see a little more wave to her hair, perhaps a sweep of bangs to soften the look. What do you think of Scarlett's hair and makeup choices?
