I'm convinced that Scarlett Johansson had her lipstick custom blended to match her dress for the Los Angeles premiere of Vicky Cristina Barcelona — I've never ever seen a match quite this exact before! I think she looks really pretty with the tomato-red lipstick! She's very pretty.
1Is it me or does she always wear pink eyeshadow which makes her eyes look irritated?
2I love Scarlett but there is so much wrong with this look. I like the lipstick just fine but the red lips, red dress, chunky jewelry, two -toned hair, cut outs on the dress, brown eye make-up; its just too much.
3she usually has on a more blood red lipstick color, i like that better, this is just to loud! it's crazy how it's exactly the same color!

6Way too much make-up on her in this pic! It's making her look older like she's trying to cover up something. . it's a mess- the red lipstick alone w/o the heavy eye make-up and the cakey face make-up would be fine. Usually she looks more youthful.
7I always love red lipstick but...in this shot the hair is not working for me, and I prefer red lipstick on brunettes....as a blonde I think a neutral lip would serve her better with this dress...OR..lose that chunky big necklace, which clutters the neckline and adds more loud to loud.
I do not believe in "no red if you have red clothes"..I think it CAN work...but not here, for a few reasons.
8Its too overwhelming on her. Lipstick shouldn't match your outfit so precisely...I don't think the eyeshadow is bad, I think its just the shade; it washes her out a bit. With that said, the lip colour looks really good on her, but the rest of her makeup doesn't work so well with it.

10I think I'd like her lipstick if it didn't match her top. I've seen pics of her with red lipstick and I thought she looked nice. I think the bad eye shadow and the matchy matchy top are just making this look not work for her.

19Agree with the other poster, she needs cooler tones and most definitely less eye makeup as it makes her pretty blue eyes look smaller. The dress and gaudy necklace don't do anything to help her look.
