I was just reading this old New York Times article where Gizmodo's Brian Lam says that his dream gadget would be a shower karaoke machine. Genius! Two years later, it still doesn't exist, but it got me thinking about how I would answer that question about beauty. Makeup that goes strong for eight hours, then evaporates? A Magic Eraser for acne scars? Endless possibilities... what's yours?

How about a product that you can spray on your hair and it immediately straightens it without the need for a straightener to avoid the heat damage and it even keeps the hair straight after 3 or 4 washes. I would say something that keeps my hair when it's in a bob cut from looking like soccer mom hair, but I'm sure a product that adds texture would probably help with that so it's pointless. I'm almost positive I had another idea for a dream product but I really can't remember what it was.

To be honest I don't hate having wavy hair but every haircut I want works best for straight hair and even if I can still have them with wavy, I'd like to be one of those people who doesn't really need to do much to their hair after they wash and can just wash and go.

40A self tanner with SPF 45+ that makes my skin the same color as my freckles that also gets rid of acne, any weird bumps and body hair and does all this permanently with one application.
