I have ridiculously thick, dry hair -- impossible to straighten or style at all because its just way too coarse to hold any style. This shampoo is a lifesaver. It is ridiculously moisturizing -- probably too much so for most people -- but perfect for me because I love that fact that it seemed to weigh my hair down. My sister was straightening my hair a few hours after my first time using it, and she said that my hair had never taken to a flat iron so well before.

It is amazing with the matching conditioner -- especially if you have hair that needs some weighing down. Sometimes I just use the shampoo on its own, with no conditioner, and still find that my hair dries perfectly soft without any tangles. Now THAT is moisturizing!

I hated this shampoo. Generally for me if I don't like a shampoo it's just eh and move on, but this stuff wrecked my hair, I swear. I used it and it dried out my hair so badly that I had to deep condition for almost an entire week to get my hair back to normal. I have NEVER had any problems like that from using a shampoo. I was very upset and disappointed. This is by far the worst shampoo that I've ever used and I never intend on buying it again.
