Blue eyeliner is still going strong this summer. This is one 80's look that I never thought would come back. According to Molly Roncal, a NYC Make Up artist, this trend isn't going anywhere either. So when you can't beat em, join em. Here are some FABulous blue hues.
Helpful hint: Only line the top of your eye. I said that the 80's look is back, but that doesn't mean that we are still living in the 80's so don't overdo it.

A lot of people think blue eyeliner is tacky, but really, if you wear it right it can look pretty cool. Of course, a lot of that is dependant on your facial features and over-all colouring.

4jennaV they actually say you the best colors to wear for brown eyes is blue eye makeup. You want to wear colors that are opposite your eye color on the color spectrum.

13JK - you should treat yourself to a MAC consult - or whomever is fab in the UK. Let them go to town and try something you'd never try. (Bring your makeup remover in your purse so you can remove any psycho clown jobs.) Nothing to lose and you might find something you love!

15I have a killer teal liner by Lancome. It's one of their "le Crayon Kohl Waterproof" line. Keep an eye out, cuz they have a tendency to do funky colors in this line.
They've also got a new Color Design dual end liner which I haven't tried yet. Don't think it's waterproof tho [which I think is key for a blue liner... keeps the color truer]
16Oh... FYI... I've seen Lancome's Blueberry mentioned a couple times. It has been discontinued. If you can find it, snatch it... or better yet, try "beauty bye bye" on lancome.com
