Lily Allen certainly isn't afraid to experiment with new hairstyles: She's been a brunette, a blonde, and various shades of pink. Here, her hair is a beautiful shade of black (your favorite color on her [1]) but instead of an unusual color, she's exploring a full head of curls. I can't decide if the curls pinned atop her hair at the GQ's Men of the Year Awards [2] are adorably Betty Boop or just a little too over-the-top. What do you think?
