As usual, Lil' Mama takes her look over the top - top hat, that is. Whether you think she's channeling Fred Astaire or Slash, Lil' Mama is certainly continuing to display a penchant for headgear. Accessories aside, her lashes are spiky and she went lighter on the eyeliner than usual. And, of course, her lip gloss most definitely "be poppin.'" Has she redeemed herself to the 88% of you that hated her Teen Choice Awards look?

Ha! I don't think I've ever seen a poll yet where everyone was unanimous. Ew. I think she's horribly trashy and she needs to give Slash back his hat. I also HATE her stupid lip gloss song.

17She needs more makeup. All I see is a top hat and lashes. What did she wait too long to get her weave done? I would like to see her with shimmery smoky eyes and some brighter lipgloss.

She looks dead no life in the photo it looks like she is about peform a circus act for the public with that outfit on.She needs serious help i think she is getting inspired by t-pain's three rings album with these goof a$$ hats that's the only thing that comes to mind.
