It looks like The Hills Stephanie Pratt knows that blue eyeshadows and liners are one of the "it" colors for Fall 2008. Her navy liner and powder blue accents make her baby blues zing. I'm starting to sound like a broken record with these Hills stars, but Stephanie really has that beach-girl look down down pat. Finish it off with a hint of pink gloss, and her look is complete.
