She looks like a clown!

I don't love or hate the dress, and I don't love or hate the hair/makeup, but I just wish she had picked one extreme and one toned down...

I kind of thought I was looking at Diana Ross from back in the day. A good retro look I guess.

There is something disturbing about the eyebrows and the dark lips. I don't know if it's the angle of the picture or what, but yes, at first she looked like a clown to me, or a tranny.

She needs a new stylist, assuming that she has one.

SOrry, but my first reaction was "clown". It's the combo of lips and hair. She should have toned something down. Honestly, that whole only emphasize one feature at a time works. Also, I kind of hate matching lipstick to your dress, but it could have worked if everything else was very simple.

I don't care for her at all and think she is a wannabe following in her sisters footsteps but I must admit that she looks 100% better than at the Fashion Rocks event...

I think this look really ages her. I thought it was Traci Ellis Ross especially when I scanned and saw Diana Ross written in the text. The hair or the lips or the eyes but not all 3 at once.
