With the numbvr of makeup artists and hairstylists clamoring to be able to say they dolled up a celebrity for the red carpet, it can be frustrating when one of them shows up looking a little underdone. That certainly isn't the case here, so I'm ready to give Christina Aguilera two thumbs up for having a dramatic look. It's clear Christina really went for it with her two-tone wild cat eye, false lashes and eye-grazing bangs. Do you like?

No matter what she does to herself, she will always look terrible to me.

3Okay, I chose undecided just because I like the lips and the hair. It's so toned down and normal..but then she went all crazy with the eyeliner. Her choices just confuse me.

14On anyone else I'd say this is pretty horrendous, but on Christina...it's a good improvement. She doesn't look like a tranny Oompa Loompa with red lipstick that can be seen from space. Understated for her, kinda, I like the change of pace.

16I love it. She is taking a break from her bright lips, which i dont care for, and also looks less orange, on her skin. She is diva enough to pull off the heavy eye makeup. So pretty and i like the earrings too.

19I like it. I hate how Christina always goes so heavy on the makeup, but I know it's just her style. I think this is a heavy look that actually works though. It's much better than the looks she usually favors. Also, I loooove a Cleopatra/Egyptian/whatever eye.
20I'm all for heavy makeup, but not ugly heavy makeup. Her hair just looks HORRIBLE. You'd think with all that money she could manage to hire decent people to do her hair and makeup.

23As I said about Nicky Hilton, going for a "look" is great...unless you look ugly in it! She looks ridiculous, and incredibly unattractive, so my vote is that the risk didn't work! (Although she's slightly less orange, and her lips look much better without that godawful thick lipstick she usually cakes on.)
The supernatural Heidi Klums of this world - perfect bone structure and features - can experiment with this kind of thing, but when you're just average to begin with, I think you need to stick with soft, pretty makeup and make the best of your features, otherwise you look like, well, an average girl in lots of goofy makeup.
24This is too harsh for her face! The black eyeliner is over the top and poorly applied.
25I'm glad she gave up the red lipstick for one night, but that eye makeup is godawful. Liner's not supposed to make your eyes look like they're about a millimeter apart.

30I cannot believe how any person could look in the mirror after their make-up artist is done and accept this as a decent look - my guess is that Christina has gone blind and her hairy husband is only there to keep her from bumping her overly made-up face into objects surrounding her.

The eyes are horrible. I would think this was Brooke Hogan if I didn't know better. I like the lips and the normal hairstyle. I wish she would now town down her hair color and make it something more natural. At least her lips aren't bright red anymore.

36love the eyes very cool. it matched her dress very well. its great that she balanced the eyes instead of heavy lips and eyes. which is way too much for her face.
