Heidi Montag of The Hills might not be smiling at her former pal Lauren Conrad, but you'd never know there's an ounce of tension judging from this happy photo here. Her wide smile and pink-toned makeup are friendly and sweet. But, the intense, thick black liner lets us know that she's got a bit of an edge (as do those huge earrings). Her hair's pretty standard — blonde and wavy. What do you think about her bad girl/good girl look?

Her more natural self, when The Hills first began, was so much better looking (natural hair color, pre-implants/injections/nose job/extensions). She's turned herself into a Hollywood caricature, it's a shame because she was a cute girl.

11I agree with moisville. She was so much prettier (and nicer) when the show began. Now she just looks really trashy. I don't know if it's a deliberate image-building thing on her part - but whatever it is she's doing, it's working. Slutty, trampy, trashy. Yech.

16I think that she didn't have such a long, narrow face & fake-looking nose she would look pretty.
17I think she has totally ruined herself. Her nj/bj weren't too too bad, but what she did to her teeth is awful. They look like they are glued on chickletts. Her makeup is the same as it always does, so I guess her look is alright.

20Her look is a result of collagen injected into her lips, and the bones in her nose broken with a tiny hammer and then allowed to resettle.

26Am I the only person who likes her now a days? I think she is sooo pretty! Pre and post op. So what if she gets plastic surgery? If it makes her feel better and more confident then who are we to judger her. She is smart, pretty and know what she wants and how to get it. She has been able to make a living for herself and I say WAY TO GO HEIDI!! keep doing your thing and don't listen to what others say!
