Miley Cyrus seems like one of those girls with tons of energy. I'd be jealous, but then I remember she's only 16. (Wait until you're my age, Miley.) Anyway, along with her bubbly personality, I notice her obvious love for ultra-long extensions. So don't color me surprised by this look.

Tonight's makeup look involves light shadow around her eyes, intense lashes, and pale pink lips and cheeks. She looks sweet and happy to me; does her wide-eyed look work for you?

I am not a fan of this at all. Her skin tone looks orange, and the light colors do nothing to help her out. Her face looks almost chubby.

the makeup is more age appropriate than what she normally has but the eye shadow washes her out...and she needs to get rid of the wannabe lindsay lohan extensions

Is there a picture of Selena Gomez coming up Bella? I wasn't even interested in these awards but I think I saw a picture of Selena G elsewhere and if it's from this event, then her hair looked wicked cute. It had the whole braid trend going, and I don't know about everyone else but I love cute braids.

while i love the look, i just can't stand her. she's as attractive as she and her father are talented. how fame comes to some of the people it does just baffles me....

I don't like anything about, the hair's way too long and stringy. And I hate the pale lipstick and eye shadow, it makes her look "off".
