2009 Kids' Choice Awards: Vanessa Hudgens

Paging Cutey McCuterson. Come in, McCuterson. Or, you know, Hudgens — same diff. The HSM star is all grown up, wearing a semi-sultry smoky eye (check the dusty violet tones!) and tousled hair to the Kids' Choice Awards.
