Turns out there's nothing Justin Bieber can't sell. The Biebs has been building a little beauty empire for himself, collaborating with Nicole by OPI on nail polishes, selling scented jewelry, and finally releasing his own scent, Someday, the proceeds of which go to charity.
The fragrance had record-breaking sales, moving three million dollars worth of product in three weeks at just one Macy’s store, but wasn't without controversy. The flacon bore a strong resemblance to Marc Jacobs Lola, and it seemed trouble might be brewing, but Jacobs dispelled the rumors by saying that he didn't mind the "homage".
Of course, that wasn't the only controversy attached to Lola — the UK Advertising Standards Authority banned one of Marc's new ads for flanker Oh, Lola! because it seemed to sexualize ad campaign face Dakota Fanning.
