If you can't wear bright colors on New Year's Eve, when can you wear them? I'm not one to go all out with a bold hue, but a hint of tint? No problem. Inspired by the Fall Proenza Schouler runway makeup, I used Mark Metalliner ($5) to draw a thin line of shimmery blue along my upper lash line. This liner gets the thumbs-up from me because it's inexpensive, the color is bright, and the tip is extremely thin — so it's easy to use even if you're a liquid-liner novice. And even in a blurry camera-phone shot, it grabs your attention. So go ahead, have a little fun with your makeup tonight — or make it a resolution to do so in 2009.

I love it! I'm not really one for bright shadows anymore, but I love colored liner, and this one is really pretty! Subtle but eye-catching at the same time.
Cute. I'll be staying home, but it's no reason for me not to glam up for my friends. It'll be fun.
yeah ill be in my PJs tonight on the couch. the BF has the flu. boo.
I love using colored liners, they really make your eyes pop.

Fun, Bella! Yeah, it's nice to go all out with the shimmer or pop of color on New Year's Eve.
That's really fab, Bella! I'll have to give this brand a try, I want to find a good eggplant purple color to play up my green eyes.

I love bright liner. So pretty and funky at the same time.
I love blue eyeliner! I wear it on my eyes almost daily...
It looks great and the review sounds fab as well but I've just never been into the whole bright liner thing, makes me think of the 80's and/or tweens.
I Love it!! I´ve been looking for eyeliners like that in every color! I live in Panama now and there are like none out there! these people dont go funky with their makeup! *tear*
