I love Kate's look overall, however for some reason that haircut makes her look a bit severe, rather hard and masculine looking. Or maybe the colour's a bit too dark?
1Dislike. The eyeshadow and hair style ruin it. Like LucyS said, it looks rather hard than feminine. I do love the lip color on her however the shadow canceled that out.
2I don't care for it. I agree, the hair is too harsh for her.
3I like the look, but i definitely like the hair color better when it's her usual red color! She doesn't look like Addison anymore..
4I think her hair is aging her quite a bit. I don't really love the eyeshadow matching her eyes, but I do love the lipstick.
5too harsh, Eyeliner needs to be softer, blended in, and the lip color is Off.

8Why, oh why, did she cut her hair! I agree with many of you, the cut makes her look too severe and, I think, older. In fact, the makeup doesn't this too. I never used to believe that she was in her 40s, but after this close-up shot, I do.

10I love her makeup but her hair color and cut do look severe. Either the dark color or longer cut would soften it up a bit.

13She looks pretty, but I think the cool-toned palate is aging her. I liked her better with the long, layered, warm auburn hair, brown eye makeup, and coral/nude/peach lipstick.
14I'm not a big fan of berry-colored lipstick, especially on someone as light-skinned as she is and who also has that hair color...it does look severe. And her eyeshadow makes her eyes look washed out. Also not loving the sleek bob on her.
15I like eyeshadow. Looks like she's wearing too much foundation though.
