You wouldn't want more than one overpowering hairpiece, just like you wouldn't want to be wearing too much jewelry. The first thing to look at is your veil length and style. Next, consider what type of detail is on your dress. Is there crystals, pearls, metallic threading or lace on it? You'll want to coordinate all of these details to create your own, perfect wedding ensemble whether you are a princess, natural or daring bride!

i really like the idea of a tiara. has anyone used one and what do you guys think of using one?
1A tiara isnt my style, but I would def consider using a diamondy hairpiece like those pictured above.
2I wore a comb with rhinestones on it, simliar to the one pictured in the top right corner above. I was happy with how it looked with my hair and veil, and it never once felt like it was going to fall out.
3Actually I just went with a ribbon that my hairdresser wove through the curls. Loved it!
I decided against a veil as well.
4PAM I wore a tiara on my wedding day with some of my hair up and some of it down in curls it looked great.I think you should if that's what you prefer (try them on first to be sure you like the look on you).I think you'll look gorgeous with it but i'm predjudiced....... Heehee!

6I don't know which one I should try, perhaps one of each and see what style I like the best? I haven't even picked out a dress yet so I'm not sure which style to go with.

8I posted about this in Fab a while back, but I wore my hair down in loose curls with a swarofsky crystal hair piece off to the side...LOVED it! No veil, just bling!
