It can be hard to find a drugstore foundation that blends and covers well, so I was surprised when Maybelline Mineral Power Foundation did that and more. I've been less impressed with other products in the Mineral Power line (the powder foundation did nothing for me), but the foundation is clearly another story. The formula, which has an SPF of 18, glides across skin and covers imperfections without hanging on dry skin. The foundation doesn't budge and dries with a soft finish. With sixteen shades to choose from, you ought to be able to find a color that works for you. And one plus for me above the department store brands (I used to be a huge fan of DiorSkin) is that Maybelline's foundation is virtually scentless. That and the $8.29 price tag.

I´ve been using the powder version, and it works like a charm.
1It´s really natural, scentless and also affordable.
I´ve yet to try the foundation, but I will and tell you all about it!
What is the coverage? More like a thick foundation or more like a tinted moisturizer?
2bacon, it's more like a tinted moisturizer definitely but it's buildable
3I think I'm going to get some. I really don't need it for coverage, but I like how it has SPF. I'm just trying to figure out what shade I am.
4I picked this up on a whim because it was on sale. A few days later I had a couple of huge zits breakout on my forehead (and I never breakout on my forehead). The coverage and texture of it was nice, though
5This sound like good news.I must give it a try. It is always nice to find a foundation that is easy to get. Instead of going to the department store.
6Im on my third powdered one and I love it
the coverage is pretty good and it makes
my skin really soft! The only problem is the brush that comes with is, I find its not soft enough. However, other than that, I love the powder one
7I got a free sample and loved it.
8Physicians Formula Talc-Free Mineral Liquid Foundation kicks a$$ too. I love it!
9I really am not a fan of foundation, but this one sounds okay!
10a foundation without a scent??? i must get this!
11I HATE liquid foundations, but I LOVE this!!! It is the ONLY liquid foundation I own. It's easily mixable with liquid luminizers for nights out or special occasions. I mixed it a lot during the summer for a dewy look with some coverage and set it with BE Mineral Veil.
12i have it and i dont like it very much.
13Hi everyone, the coverage of this foundation IS really nice and great for many skin types (as long as you exfoliate once a week or so) but be aware that for some reason the lighter shades are REALLY yellow. I bought the first 2 shades in the light- medium spectrum, pretty average for caucasion women, and I couldn't wear either of them, it was awful. I hope you all have a different experience.
14shamontville I agree! I bought the second shade and It's still too yellow for me
which is a
shame because I really really like this foundation.
15i have this foundation
16i like it
and my mom says that my skin looks soft when i wear it
I really do love this. I've bought it twice now. I have oily, acne prone skin and this doesn't clog my pores or clump. I use the second shade and found it perfect, which is hard for me as i have freckled skin that has a pink rather than yellow undertone. A light dusting of pressed powder over the top, and it's shine free and had great coverage.
