Complexion:

• Start off with a matte foundation in a shade lighter than you'd normally wear for a cartoonish effect. Dean used Studio Fix Foundation [1] in NC15 ($26). Blend well around the neck. When finished with entire makeup, set with Blot Powder [2] ($21).

Eyes:

• Outline — Zizzo used a Brow Finisher [3] pencil ($15) to create the triangular shape outlining the eye area.
