Gaga tweeted a short black and white video this morning called Formulation, an anticipation of her new fragrance, Fame, sets a debut in late August. Fame is the name of Gaga's first album, and is now also the name of her first fragrance, which is the first black perfume on the market. But the twist is that it comes out clear when sprayed.
