If you're required to travel light anytime soon, check out the travel toiletries from Travelon, which come as paper thin, single-use sheets packed into colored plastic containers (think Listerine Pocket Pals). The sheets of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, body wash and laundry detergent—all biodegradable and, of course, TSA-compliant—come in packs of 50, and will never spill in your shoes.
My favorite discovery was the ultimate travel toothbrush: Travelon's has a built-in reserve for toothpaste that you twist a knob to release onto the brush, like YSL's famed Touche Eclat, but for teeth. Not only that, the brush also has a cover, so you don't have to buy one of those four-packs at the drugstore that invariably don't stay closed. Pick up the sheets for $4.95 a container on Irvs.com and the toothbrush for $39.95 on Amazon.com.

1Awesome!! I bet the only ones I'd actually end up using would be the toothbrush and the shaving sheets, though...I love my shampoo and body wash!!
2I've found toothbrushes similar to this at sporting stores in the camping section. I loved keeping one in my desk for those days when I had a large garlic lunch!
I have the
3Sorry, clicked "post" to soon.
As I was saying, I have soap sheets in my purse for when I use a public bathroom and there isn't any soap...it's happened, don't judge!
I wonder if the shampoo/conditioner would dry out my hair.
4Those are all great concepts. I wonder about how the shampoo & conditioner would feel on your hair. The hand soap sheets for emergencies is a great idea!
5I just read the reviews on their site and the Shampoo and conditioner didn't get good reviews. I personally like the lush shampoo bars. You get a lot of lather from them and they are solid so you don't have to worry about them in your carry on.
6Those are so cool! I'm traveling next week, so I'll try to get my hands on some before then
For some reason, I have a huge fascination with things like soap leaves and sheets made out of things that are usually liquid.
7Ooh, I'm going to have to remember these for next summer...that's when I do most of my traveling.
8I used that toothbrush for a ten day vacation, and I wouldn't reccomend it. The cap never stays on, so what you're putting in your mouth twice a day is touching everything in your bag- gross. Second, the toothpaste is kind of gross tasting and grainy. Maybe I'm being picky, but I'd rather buy a mini tube of toothpaste.
