"They're really modern fragrances, not boudoir scents," says Karl Lagerfeld in a promotional clip about his new fragrance trio, Kapsule. "It's a proposal of fragrances, that's why there are three. I think in French, they say 'never two without three.' A woman can choose all three or just one of the three... I like to switch them around: in the morning, the evening."
Because I can't decide which of the unisex scents—Woody, Light and Floriental—I like best, I'm going to wear them like The Kaiser, and let you know how it works out. The fragrances, which will be available next month, each have a tagline about why you'd put them on that does seem to correspond to times of day (Light: "To make a bright start to the day," Floriental: "To find adventure at every turn" and Woody: "To make the mystery linger"). Stay tuned to see if I decide to start carrying around three bottles of perfume.

The bottles are cool looking.
1Eh, different but I doubt I'll check them out.
2Are they sold as a set?
