I'm all about the lazy costume for Halloween. Going as Betty would be sooo easy too...just mismatch or pick up some ugly blouse from Goodwill.
Last year, I dressed up as Punky Brewster simply by tossing a vest over a brightly colored top, rolling up one of my pantlegs and tying a bandana on the other. Oh and pigtails of course.
This year I'm going as Velma Dinkley. Have everything but the red skirt. Saw a cute red skirt at Old Navy though that I'd totally wear again.

Ha ! Kat von D is cute-my friend and i are going as kurt and courtney-the easiest (smeared makeup, babydoll dress, maryjanes, etc.) to do and license to act like lunatics together.
7Aww man, too bad I already got my braces off last year. Otherwise, I could totally pull it off as Betty.
